FAQ
1. Do you deliver every image you take?
A. Candid expressions are my favorite shots during a session. Unfortunately, they also come with a few unflattering facial expressions. With my expertise of processing thousands of images each year, I only deliver the best ones.
2. What do you mean by “retouched” photos?
A. “Retouching” is just a fancy way of saying removal of blemishes, removal of bags lipstick on teeth, removal of fly-away hairs, and other things like that.
3. Am I allowed to print the digital photos that I received?
A. A: You have the right to reprint images whenever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish your images without the written consent form Portrait Eleven Photography.
4. Do you accommodate last minute portrait requests?
A. If possible, yes, but I can’t guarantee we will be available last minute. Many clients come short notice, and more often than not, we can accommodate these requests.
5. How long until I have my images?
A. I understand you may need your photos as soon as possible, and I work to make sure you receive your images in a timely fashion. My average turnaround for photos is two weeks. I may send a sneak preview or post a teaser on social media while I finish the editing process.
